We ship exclusively within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase.

Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by 7–13 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 8–15 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates. To request a cancellation or address change, email support@nordox.shop before fulfillment. Orders canceled before fulfillment receive a full refund. Once fulfilled and a tracking number is issued, orders cannot be canceled or have the address changed.

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@nordox.shop with your order number and item photos. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and labels where applicable. Wait for approval before returning items. No restocking fee applies. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns. Free exchanges for an available size or color are offered within 30 days, subject to the same eligibility requirements.

Report damaged, defective, or wrong items to support@nordox.shop within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We cover return shipping for these items and provide a prepaid label. After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time.
